It’s Academic Educational Staffing is headquartered in Vancouver, B.C., Canada with regional offices in key educational centres across North America. Our organization is led by a team of academic staffing professionals with extensive experience in public and private education at all levels, staff and student recruitment, and appropriate and accurate placement services.

Throughout my professional career, I saw the need to provide educational organizations a better process for connecting highly-qualified academic professionals to academic career opportunities.

Ann Naymie, Director of Business Development and Recruiting

Ann Naymie has taught elementary, middle school, university level, and adult learners. She was a district French coordinator, district curriculum coordinator, and the manager of professional development for the BC Principals’ and Vice Principals’ Association. In addition, Ann has been an instructor at Langara College, a faculty advisor for Royal Roads University’s Masters of Arts Leadership Training Program, and currently teaches Film Theory and Genre at Vancouver Film School.
Ann designs and implements educational programs and presents process facilitation workshops throughout the province. She coordinates leadership development for the BC School Superintendents’ Association, focusing on the Ethics Education Initiative. She was also a facilitator for the Institute for Global Ethics – Canada.
