As with all IAS placements, each of the five candidates went through a rigorous round of credentials verification. References were confirmed and face-to-face interviews were conducted to identify the best fit for this critical directorship.

“It took five weeks from initial contact until we were able to place a candidate that the school felt was best for its students, the organization and the school’s culture.”

When asked about the outcome of the placement, Becker explained that, “Our candidate has been in place successfully for six months now and the input we’ve received from the school has been nothing but positive. We consider this another successful placement of a senior-level, academic director.”
