Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors Degree required; Masters preferred as well as relevant certification; five years senior administrative experience in a similar atmosphere or program with strong operational, sales and marketing experience; Experience teaching ESL/EFL to adults in a mixed language environment; Exceptional customer service, entrepreneurial and leadership skills; Experience with student recruitment and marketing; A background in faculty management, observation and training; Efficient with MS Office Suite applications; Must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high energy environment; Able to travel locally and work occasional evenings and weekends, especially during the peak season during the summer months; Experience working in Canada is essential; International experience, an asset; Must be legally authorized to work in the Canada.

Additional Details: The Center Director or Campus Manager for a large international language programs is generally responsible for the quality of program operations and the delivery of the programs, student services such as accommodation and well-being, tracking, reporting and evaluation of the operations; campus operations, staff recruitment, training and supervision; successful management of affiliations and compliance issues; budget management; and development and management of key external and internal relationships.
