The college seeks an experienced Admissions Advisor to join their team, who is able to provide high quality consultation and follow-up to prospective students, in order to increase enrollment.

Qualifications: Our client is looking for an Admissions Advisor with the following: a college diploma or higher; successful consultative sales experience in a school setting; excellent customer service and phone skills; an adaptable, results-orientated professional; excellent English language skills; solid knowledge and use of MS Office; able to adapt and learn new skills quickly.

Additional Details: The Admissions Advisor works to generate student enquiries via use of email campaigns, web marketing, traditional advertising and other communication campaigns, and then provides prospective students with course information through email, telephone and in-person appointments. As communication progresses, detailed interviews are carried out including a consultation around financial aid and application support. After a series of follow-ups have been completed, the advisor assists the student with the registration process.
